We will assist our clients in selecting a fee structure that meets their particular payment requirements.
| Contingency: | ERORS standard fee is a performance based fee, expressed as a percentage of the refunds/credits/savings obtained. |
| Fixed Rate: | Pre-determined retainer without regard to the results obtained. |
| Combination: | Administrative flat fee plus a percentage of refunds/credits/savings obtained. |
| Time and Expense: | Daily rate plus direct expenses incurred in completing the review. |
No one fee option will be acceptable or desirable to all clients. We undertake to work with our clients to ensure that fees are reasonable and fair to all parties.
